A fair question, and we would rather answer it than avoid it. Start with one product on one site under a short pilot, so you can judge the system on your own data before committing further. We will tell you plainly where your data is hosted, who can access it, and how it comes back to you if you leave. We are not going to show you logos of companies that are not our customers.
There is no separate Quality module, and we would rather be precise about that. What we do have is the operating core of a quality system: configurable audit checklists, non-conformity recording, corrective and preventive action with owners and due dates, document attachments, approval hierarchies and full history. Those are the mechanics behind ISO 9001 clauses on internal audit, non-conformance and corrective action. If you need document control or supplier quality as separate modules today, we are not the right fit yet.
Yes. The five products are separate and each works on its own. Most organisations start with the Digital HSE Management System, or with Journey Management or Well Monitoring where that is the sharper problem. You can add the others later without redoing the first.
Field capture is built for places where signal is not reliable — information is captured on the device and syncs when a connection returns. Worth testing against your own sites during a pilot rather than taking our word for it.
Deployment options including on-premise are discussed case by case, since it depends on your IT policy and the products involved. Tell us your requirement and we will give you a straight answer about what we can and cannot do today.
For a single product on a defined scope, a four-week path is realistic: configuration, data and users, a pilot site, then rollout. Multi-product or multi-country rollouts take longer and we will say so before you commit, not after.
Checklists, permit types, approval hierarchies, risk classifications, roles and notification rules are all configurable. The system is set up around the way your HSE department already works, rather than asking your team to work the way the software does.
